You are implying that gay people who dislike hearing the word (like me!) , especially when used by straight people, are somehow less worthy of an opinion than gay people who go along with your joke. Why would you want to use a word that’s used to oppress people?  Why would you want to use a word that people scream as they’re beating people to death? Saying “faggot” isn’t even funny.  Get a new joke.  Be creative.  If you’re that bad at being funny, then give up on trying to be humorous because you have an awful sense of humor.
